Our aim would be to assist you in determining whether you wish to take no action, internal action, civil action, or make a report to the police. In the later  case, for example, we are able assist by compiling available evidence, including taking witness statements, into a package that will save the police themselves time and resources, thereby making the likelihood of their referral of the case to the Crown Prosecution Service more likely.

• have no powers to compel individuals to provide information or statements

• will generally not conduct private prosecutions or submit cases to civil courts, but can advise and support your organisation in doing so, if you so wish.
